“ I love just about everything about this dealership with the exception of making a left out of the parking lot, but they don't control that, so five stars. This dealership is old school, got the good vending machines, the day's paper is up on the wall about the urinal, and most of them know A LOT about Fords. I worked with Julio, who was able to adapt his sales techniques to me, which is the mark of experience that a lot of folks are missing. As soons as he realized I hate high-pressure sales, he immediately just let me ask the questions and provided the answers. He presented the options for dealer add ons and then accepted my answer (I didn't have to repeat myself!). Basically it was the type of experience where I now won't even bother going elsewhere, all my service appointments will be there, and if anyone asks if I know a guy, I will say, 'Yes, Julio will help you find the right fit as opposed to trying to make a sale." I'm not slamming pressure sales experiences, negotiation, etc. as those are very valid skills, my point is that they catered to the customer as opposed to thinking about the dollars and that has the counter-intuitive effect of making more dollars. ”
